Dr. Ben Carson, joined by author Eric Metaxas, spoke at the Conservative Political Action Convention (CPAC) on the importance of developing and maintaining an educated populace -- one with common sense. Being proactive and strategizing, he said, rather than being purely reactive, is how to protect the conservative vision for the future.
