I will bet that these folks would be willing to pay a 75 percent tax rate if millionaires would pay 30 percent.  But we can&#039;t have millionaires pay their fair share, now can we?  That would adequately fund the government that you are doing your best to destroy. 

We already have a Fourth Branch of government.  It&#039;s called the 1 percent.]]></description>
