However a couple of years ago she had a chance to exclude these same tax extensions (Prop 1A) from the ballot and she opted instead to risk the tax hikes.

Perhaps the sound beating 1A received has convinced her that her South OC and North SD County constituents do not want these taxes extended. Your going to have to do more than talk tough to ever hope of my vote Diane.
