Unfortunately California seems to have a disproportionate amount, probably the outcasts of the rest of the states. When you have more people that listen to political ads &#038; talking heads to decide how to vote (Sheep), rather than actually doing research on their own, you end up like California (Bankrupt yet still spending, killing jobs to &quot;set an example&quot; that no one is following, and voting between a nightmarish retread &#038; a fictional consultant creation for governor)

California&#039;s status as an &quot;Idiocracy&quot; will be undeniable once California&#039;s Best &#038; Brightest(Pat Wiggins, Barbara Boxer, Al Gore, Jerry Brown, Steinberg, etc.) hold a press conference to announce that, due to the water shortage, California will now use &quot;Brawndo&quot; to water our crops, &quot;Because Brawndos got what crops need! electrolytes!&quot;]]></description>
