Some of our worst and most expensive legeslation has been proposed by the educated compassionate liberal elete. One man’s (or woman’s) “moral imparative” is all too often another’s wasteful rabbit hole.

And that, I think, was the REAL point of this article. Less educated representatives are less likely to socially engineer an otherwise sound economy.
